Several recent fundraising milestones emphasize the important work being done at the school, from entrepreneurship and real estate programs to creating scholarships and reconnecting with alumni. We should all be proud.
The gift from business entrepreneur and oil tycoon Jon Brumley, BBA '61, will have a significant impact on the growth and development of the program Brumley calls "a gem in the Texas entrepreneurial ecosystem."
Corporate partnerships are a vital part of our mission at the McCombs School. On April 26, we honored three companies—Dell, Accenture and National Oilwell Varco, and one individual—Michael Klein with Wells Fargo, for their extraordinary contributions to and engagement with the school.

A communications pioneer, an academic leader and an oilman are the newest members of the McCombs School of Business Hall of Fame and will be inducted at a gala event Oct. 28.
This spring, students committed $482,000 to support scholarships, competition travel and special programs. To put that in perspective, we had a little fun with the numbers and calculated what else that money could get you, from junk food to luxury cars.
